Great food, cold drinks, and good times deserve great marketing. Taphouse—a lively destination for food, drinks, bowling, and darts—brought us on to elevate their email strategy and drive more traffic through their doors.

We took over their automations and campaigns with one goal in mind: create consistent buzz around weekly events, boost reservations, and keep their local community coming back for more. The result? Engaging emails that spark excitement, fill seats, and keep the energy alive.

Taphouse needed to stand out in a crowded local scene. We took over their email strategy—revamping automations and launching high-energy campaigns that matched their vibe and delivered real results. From welcome flows to weekly event promos, every email kept their audience engaged and their space buzzing.

EXECUTION

We began by auditing their existing flows and campaigns, identifying gaps in messaging and missed opportunities for automation. From there, we built out a full system of email flows—welcome series, birthday offers, event RSVPs, and re-engagement emails—all tailored to drive bookings, boost attendance, and encourage repeat visits.
